This device has single/continuous spot welding functions and can perform multi-specification welding in continuous cycles.

Three-phase power input, balanced load, power factor close to 1, reducing power consumption and saving energy.

The conductive crossbeam is made of silver-copper for conduction, has the features of good conductivity, durability, low maintenance rate, and cost savings etc.

The mold clamping adopts the hydraulic system, which ensures stable clamping force, so that the workpiece will not loosen during the welding process.

The cylinder uses the wear-resistant sealing ring and two-stage pressure system, which can enhance the stability of welding and improve the durability of welding cylinder.

The panel rack adopts the handle-type structure, which can be adjusted up, down, forward and backward.

The welding fixture is easy to replace, and the time is short.

Welding speed: 1.5mm thick panels, 4-5 welding points.

Output: about 5000 pieces per 8 hours.

Overall dimensions：2000mm×1700mm×2300mm.
