  • Product Introduction:

    Suitable for the rubber coating process for yarn during the production of clutch facing. It’s equipped with 65mm diameter rubber extruder with the extrusion capacity of about 85kg per hour. It’s matched with the three-hole extrusion mold,which is capable of coating three-core flat or round tapes; Just change the mold core and mold sleeve,which will be OK.

  • Advantages:
    This unit consists of 9 pay-off frames; resin tank;Φ65 rubber extruder; double-wheel tractor and take-up stand.This unit adopts frequency conversion to control the speed increase of main machine and traction, and the temperature control of machine head mold and screw is controlled by the setting of mold temperature machine.

Processing range: Yarn core Φ1.6~Φ2.5mm (The yarn core must withstand the pulling force of more than 15kg.)

Users can design molds according to product requirements.
