  • Product Introduction:

    This automatic powder coating line is mainly used for spraying protective coatings on the surface of brake pads. After drying and curing, it improves rust resistance, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance. At the same time, it improves the appearance and extends the service life of brake pads.

  • Advantages:
    Electrostatic spraying: Using electrostatic adsorption, after the coating particles are charged, they are uniformly adsorbed on the surface of brake pads, resulting in the smooth coating and saving coating materials. Drying and curing: The sprayed brake pads are sent into the drying and curing oven via the conveyor chain, allowing the coating resin to cross-link and cure, forming the strong and dense protective coating.Cooling and discharging: After curing is completed, forced cooling is carried out to obtain the finished brake pads, which then enter the next processing procedure.
